Guild Rules
BE RESPECTFUL
1) RESPECTFUL IN GUILD ~ No swearing, no "/g" tantrums, or repeatedly ripping into guildmates.
2) RESPECTFUL OUT OF GUILD ~ Don't be a tool to other players, ninja loot, kill quest givers, park mounts over NPCs, spam chat channels, or engage in conduct against the Blizzard terms of service.
3) RESPECTFUL IN RAID ~ Come on time, be prepared, listen to raid officers, dont throw a tantrum if you are asked to sit out or do a different role, no whining over loot
4) RESPECTFUL IN RESOLVING PROBLEMS ~ Handle personal issues in private tells not "/g" or "/raid" or ventrillo. If that does not work ask an officer politely to assist. If that fails then politely ask the GM. If you are still not happy ... stop ... take a deep breath, remember this is a game, life will go on, and that the world is so very cruel and unfair that it does not revolve around you ... then relax.
RAIDING
5) INVITE PHILOSOPHY ~ Our priority is to maintain viable raids that also help ensure that future raids will be viable. We will bring in trial players to evaluate them ... we will bring in other players to learn new roles so we do not have single point failures ... we will ask players to flip to off specs to see if they can handle it for future encounters ... above all we will recruit so that we have over 25 online at raid time to ensure that raids start, meaning some people will sit out.
6) INVITE PRIORITY ~ Once concerns such as above are adressed we give priority to raiders / officers as their continued raid support makes the raids go smooth. We then evaluate members / trails based on who signed up, showed up on time, who knows the fight, put in the effort, has a good attitude, etc ...
7) RAIDING PUGs ~ The guild focus is on 25 man content, 10 man raids are free to PUG, however if you should get a new guild achievment in a 10 man with all guild players you will be eligible for EPGP. If the guild has completed a 25 man raid for the week then you are free to PUG it as well for that week only.
GUILD MANAGEMENT
8) GOLDEN RULE ~ Do not force the officers to "notice you" ... if we HAVE to pay attention to you then be prepared to suffer for it.
9) EX MEMBERS ~ Returning members who realize that they are a better fit with the Unit than elsewhere are welcomed back with open arms if they left on good terms.
10) DRAMA ~ Guild Policy when faced with drama is to reeducate, remotivate, demote, dock EPGP, or remove the individual. Please do not expect the officers to spend their nights thinking about you or assuming that your issues are somehow unique and special.
